Reports indicate NASCAR is ready to purchase Canada's CASCAR stock car racing series.
The Toronto Sun is reporting that NASCAR will make a formal announcement regarding the purchase on Tuesday.
The newspaper report also indicated NASCAR intends to run a national stock car series featuring a full season points battle in Canada.
